Brian & Amy - Devil's Head Resort - 08.08.09

We had an amazing day shooting Brian & Amy's beautiful wedding in Merrimac, Wisc. at the Devil's Head Ski Resort. It was so great having this amazing environment to work with of bare ski hills and surrounding areas of farm land.

Enjoy.

Love this shot!

Awesome moment caught. hehe.

I love shooting environments that are not common and are kind of shocking places for a Bride & Groom to be. We loved shooting at this nearby farm... they had some crazy-fun stuff in the yard, that just added to all the excitment!

These kids were goin' crazy on the dance floor! They were lovin' every second and sound the DJ had!

Awww... and one of my favorites from the evening. Beautifully moon-lit photo (not, not really moon-lit, but work with me here... it's telling this beautiful story) haha.

the Diamonds...

I feel like I have been through it all with this family in the last 3 or 4 years! From weddings to babies... It is so amazing to watch my dear clients grow and capture all of these very special moments. While children are getting bigger and having many different, always changing personalities. There is never a dull moment.

Thanks.

Lovely Jessica...

Jessica and I had so much fun during her Senior Rustico session... We went shootin' all over the place and had a blast! - Studio shootin', Beach shootin', Park shootin', City shootin' ... we did it all!

Bryan&Kelly - Germantown,Wisc. - 31 July 09

Bryan & Kelly were so much fun... We had a blast shooting their beautiful Germantown wedding last Friday.

Enjoy the Sneak Peeks.

The ceremony was held in the beautiful yard and gardens of her parents' home in Germantown. There were some of the most amazing looking flowers I have ever seen!
What is my favorite bride? -THIS! - Willing to do anything for awesome shots and being totally carefree about it.

Moments before the ceremony.
A beautiful, loving moment between the Bride & Groom... I started to tear up at this point:)

haha... love it!
One of my favorite bridal shots with the gorgeous dress surrounding her. Stunning.

My Beautiful Sister's Wedding...

My sister and her amazing new husband got married on the Fourth of July. Gloss had the amazing pleasure of shooting her wedding with the great help to our Associate Photog. NikkiN.

Enjoy the Sneak Peeks...
There were tons of shoe shots not only because us ladies love our shoes, but they were Kate Spade... I mean, HELLLLO!

Outside the beautiful Fond du Lac church, showing off her kicks.

Celebrating with some champie in the limo.

I am so glad we were blessed with great weather and a great limo for transporting this bunch everywhere... because fortunately & unfortunately with a Matron of Honour as a photographer (me), I kinda... had our location shooting all picked out: OshVegas sign, a Carnival, & the Country Club grounds....... perfect!

Yummy... cotton candy.

Both avid golfers, so it only made sense to give their guests custom golf balls as 'thank yous' for attending their wedding event.

I saved the best 'Photo with a Story' for last...
So you know how everywhere you are seeing this trend of the Bride & Groom having crazy dances at the reception or down the aisle - as seen on YouTube and other outlets...
Well they did it! -and a month before it was the IT thing to do.
Anyways, they started out with a beautiful love song for their first dance... then all of a sudden the music cuts - Bride throws Groom to the floor - guests are confused - then the beat.... Michael Jackson!!! - They had a whole routine ... it was the COOLEST!!!
I totally recommend YOU to do this at your wedding... I think every guest is still talking about it:)
We love you so much Niki & Ryan!
Best Wishes,
Jac&Sam

Eric's Sr.Shoot

Eric was a lot of fun shooting... He seriously made me laugh thru the whole session... very funny dude!

We had a great session shooting in-studio and on-location in the back of our studio... Our studio backyard is awesome for switching up a simple shoot and giving guy graduates a lot of options when proofing, yet not wasting their precious time during the shoot.

Enjoy a few of my favorites!

Marcus&Brooke - Botanical Gardens - 24July09

Let's see...

Last week's wedding: Soccer players

This week's wedding: Basketball Players

Have I turned into an Athlete Wedding photographer? haha ... I am totally digging the athletes... they are always totally up for anything, which is so awesome... (I almost wrote, 'wicked awesome'... is that word still 'in' or is it sooooo Boston 2008?)

I had so much fun shooting Marcus & Brooke's wedding last weekend at the Botanical Gardens. They are such fun people!!!

Enjoy the Sneak Peeks...

Shoes. Shoes. Shoes. I love me my shoe shots...

So funny... one of the groomsmen taking a power nap before the ceremony. Too much fun the night before? Or just resting up for an incredibly fun evening?

Awww... love.

Awww... love even more. Caught this cute moment of the two of them with their son, Brendon. Brendon was suppose to be the ringbearer and come down the aisle in a cute lil' wagon..... he was not feeling the wagon portion of the ceremony & the nanny ended up carrying him down... super cute!
OK... so I am working with Basketball players... so I thought this was just perfect! The guys were giving me a hard time about how they needed to do all this stretching before this shot... blah... blah... I won... and look how amazing... I loved you guys! You rocked! :)
